| Just wondering, but are there any games still being held at RIP?
I know there was mention of RIP not hosting any more games on the ASG forums a little while back but since the ASG forums are pretty much inactive now, I thought I'd ask here.

| Hello I am wondering the same thing about Indoor games. Where are the sign ups? Are RIP Airsoft game still active? I saw they moved it on Wednesday on RIP calendar. (which is good for me) Thanks | |

| Well, I dropped by Milsig a little while back to check some stuff out and asked the guys there and they told me RIP isn't hosting airsoft games there anymore so I guess that's that. | |

| There is still Airsoft at RIP every other Thursday nights. they never stopped. If you look under Calenders on the ASG forum, http://www.airsoftgear.ca/calendar.php And RIP's calender http://www.shockentertainment.ca/index.php/calendar#year=2014&month=5&day=15&view=month There are games scheduled for this Thursday. There is no sign up for the RIP indoor games. just show up and pay at the door. I've been going almost every other Thursday when ever they had games. | |

That's news to me... Edit: just read Turtle's post. That seems more like it.

| Well that's a welcomed surprise. Not sure why I was told there weren't any games at RIP in that case... probably a bit of miscommunication somewhere. (ps. Did you guys restock barrel covers? You guys didn't have any in stock last time I dropped by.)
That being said, guess I'll see if I can make it this Thursday then if my propane adapter arrives in time.
Any tips for a noob? Been there for paintball & a bit of slip n' slide but never for airsoft, not sure what to expect really.

| Dress for the paint on the walls. But they do try to clean the place up for us. and I highly recommend full face protection. I've seen people loose teeth due to the close quarters. doesn't happen often, but it does happen.

| Move carefully. It can be slippery, even if they have just cleaned; nature of the beast. And bring a good attitude. Close range engagements are par for the course, so be prepared to scoot a little, now and again. | |
